Description:
(S,R,S)-AHPC-PEG1-azide is a crosslinker−E3 ligase ligand conjugate consisting of a von Hippel-Lindau (VHL)-recruiting ligand and a PEGylated crosslinker with terminal azide for click chemistry with a target ligand. It has been used as a degrader building block in PROTAC for targeted protein degradation.
